Prepare the spinach puree. Blend fresh spinach with a small amount of water until smooth. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Using a whisk or fork, whisk until the eggs are well combined.
Add the spinach. Pour the spinach puree into the eggs. Add a small pinch of salt and pepper, then mix again.
Heat the pan. With adult supervision, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let it cook for a few seconds.
Scramble gently. Use a spatula to slowly stir and scramble the eggs until fully cooked and soft.
Serve and enjoy. Transfer to a plate and enjoy the bright green eggs.
