Warm the Tortillas. Place the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds to soften them. This helps prevent cracking when rolling.
Fill the Burritos. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon rice, black beans, and shredded cheese down the center of the tortilla.
Roll the Burritos. Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then carefully roll from the bottom upward to create a tight burrito.
Melt the Cheese. Warm the burritos in a dry pan for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown, or microwave for 30 seconds until the cheese melts.
Cut and Serve. Cut the burritos in half and serve warm.
